I have utilized a handful of wafer paper flower classes. They’re extremely detailed in steps with helpful techniques to get something realistic. Although understanding how to handle wafer paper takes time and I still have things to learn with that I feel confident creating flowers that mimic nature. I have even braved applying this knowledge to new flowers on my own!

Not at all! Chapters included ranges from beginner friendly to more advanced one, so be assured that you will be guided from the most foundational techniques to gain familiarity & confidence as you go. Whether you’re completely new to gumpaste or just looking to expand your skills, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the process.

You’ll need some basic tools like scissors, floral wire, and edible glue, along with wafer paper (don’t worry—we’ll send you a full supply list when you sign up!). Many of the items are things you may already have in your cake decorating kit.

This all depends on your own learning speed. Some students prefer to slowly savour and some speed through everything. But know that this is to help you take a short cut ;) It will never take as long as you trying to figure it out all on your own (which may take months or years!) You can go at your own pace, and you’ll have access to the lessons so you can revisit them anytime.

It stays up perfectly well in the fridge and works perfectly well in humid environments. More information is given inside the course to guide you through.
